Our classroom-based training programs are available in two formats, own-location or customer premises. Training programs in Sydney are mostly conducted at our own training premises, unless otherwise mentioned. Training programs conducted outside Sydney, or for corporate training programs, the program is conducted either at the client premises or at a hotel. Please check the venue prior to making a booking.

Our online training programs are available in two formats, virtual and eLearning. The virtual training programs are instructor-led training programs and are usually conducted on fixed dates. The eLearning training programs are self-paced self-study programs usually in the form of videos, that you can enrol in at any time, and complete according to your convenience. Trainer support is minimal for these courses.

Please note that not all courses are available in the online format yet, and work is underway to make these available as soon as possible. Usually they will initially be available as eLearning, before being available as virtual instructor-led courses. Don't forget to check out the certification options for the training programs. These are often available at a huge discount, when combined with a certification exam.
